Superb experience! The atmosphere at Amia is warm, refined and elegant without feeling too formal. We felt genuinely well looked after, and it's clear the team takes pride in their work and the overall experience they provide. The food was excellent across the board. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. We had the chance to try the new “wild” menu, and the venison carpaccio stood out with just the right hint of gaminess. We unanimously agree with other reviews praising the beef tartare, it’s an absolute must-try. It was also great to see the vegetarian options given equal care and attention. The lion’s mane mushroom dish had real depth and complexity, and the pumpkin course earned many compliments from my dining companions (I’m just not a big fan of pumpkin myself). For dessert, we were recommended the poppy seed ice cream, which was rich and creamy, reminiscent of a very soft, luscious poppy seed roll. A surprising highlight.
