Pizzeria Ristorante Molino Select — Restaurant in Zurich

I do not recommend coming to this restaurant by ANY circumstances. Horrible service, the waiters instead of taking your order, talk with other waiters and use their phones. After one hour, they took our order and about 20 minutes more the brought us the wrong beverages and without any glass to drink it. Then they took another hour to bring the food, which wasn't a great deal. Later, we called five times the waiter that instead of attend us he stared at us and then proceed to walk away. I personally had to stand up and search him in all the building. He, was talking with some friends that had recently seated on the restaurant and start to joke with them. I stood in front of him and he ignored me. There is no possible way that he didnt notice him because he looked me right in the eye. What a lack of respect and profesionalism. After MUCH MORE TIME they decided to send another waiter to give us the bill. As if there werent enough problems, the new waiter told us we could only pay in efective in order that they didnt accept credit cards because the system had failed. If you think about it, that is not really possible in base that the waiters used their phones all the time and we saw other people paying with credit cards. Bad experience. Dishosnest and unrespectifull with the client. We ordered a wine that had price specification 33 CHF. When we asked for the bill, the price for the wine was 59 CHF, so we just asked the waitress that something was wrong. We were very well mistreaded by the employee Lucca which called the manager saying that we did not want to pay for the wine. The manager came to clarify the situation and said that the 33 CHF price was not to consume inside the restaurant but to take away so he brought an iPad showing another price for the wine stating 59 CHF. At the 33 price tag there was a small letter written in italian “take away” which was not clear to the costumer the real price to consume at the restaurant. We were not trying to take advantage on the restaurant, just wanted to pay what we ordered and what was clearly specified and not hidden in other words. In the end the manager said, this is Switzerland and this is the starting price for any wine and that is what you have to pay for. So it was a very unconfortable and unpleasent experience. If I could, I would not give any stars to this restaurant but to post I have to select atleast one star. When it comes to service it can’t get worst than this restaurant. We were waiting in the queue for long and requested the manager Mr. Destro to join two small tables together and he refused but eventually after 10 mins he decided to. When we got the table we waited for good 15 minutes and no one bothered to take our order. It was super hot and kids were complaining so I requested Mr. Emmanuel Destro If we can move our table slightly under the umbrella and he told me it’s not possible. Thereafter there was another table getting empty which had shade and I requested if we can swap our table in this case to which he was very rude and said we should just sit where we are and many people are waiting in queue. At that point we decided to leave. Not only was Mr. Destro rude but made no efforts to make it slightly comfortable for us and kids.
