Süd — Restaurant in Zurich

I had an amazing experience at Süd. The atmosphere is elegant and welcoming, and the food was truly delicious — fresh, thoughtful, and beautifully presented. But what really made my visit special was the service. Elpida was exceptional — warm, attentive, and genuine in every interaction. She made us feel completely taken care of and added such a personal touch to the evening.

Wir wollten dem SÜD nach dem Konzeptwechsel nochmals eine Chance geben, wurden aber leider enttäuscht.

Schon beim Eintreffen mussten wir relativ lange am Eingang warten, bis uns jemand beachtete. Der Service war insgesamt eher mittelmässig bis unterirdisch, weder aufmerksam noch besonders freundlich.

Die Pasta kam in sehr kleinen Tellern, geschmacklich war sie in Ordnung. Allerdings war der Parmesan, den man selbst raffeln musste, kaum geniessbar und praktisch nicht raffelbar, da grösstenteils Rinde verwendet wurde.

Auf der Karte war die Pasta mit 19 Franken angeschrieben, auf der Rechnung wurden jedoch 24.50 berechnet. Als ich am Ende darauf hinwies, wurde das weder entschuldigt noch freundlich aufgenommen, im Gegenteil, es wirkte fast so, als würde man uns den Hinweis übelnehmen.

Nenad, da solltest du wirklich einmal persönlich vor Ort sein und nachbessern, so wird das nichts.

Schade, wir wollten dem SÜD nochmals eine faire Chance geben, aber wir werden nicht...
