Everything excellent except for that one rude waiter. We stopped at the little stand for an ice cream. We were quite undecided on what flavours to get, but the waiter was so friendly and accommodating that he joked with us while letting us taste a couple flavours. As we were making up our mind another group showed up, so the waiter started serving them, and rightfully so. That's when the second waiter came out, to help. We stepped aside and let other people first, as we were still choosing, but he was not happy with our indecision, and he made it so very clear rolling his eyes at us multiple times and then deciding not to serve us but skipp straight to yet other costumers while muttering under his breath what I'm sure wasn't flattering. Quite shocked that someone, working with people, especially in such a neighboorhood, could be so rude to paying consumers. Especially when we did nothing rude whatsoever. You might wonder why I am getting so excited. What’s the big deal? Once you are used to Italian hospitality, with its generous "I want to make you happy" approach, you want to convert the whole...
Read moreCan't understand a basic order. First the waitress did not comprehend a type of coffee (Americano with milk. Simple, right?). No worries this far. Then we ordered a cheese platter that normally comes with meat but we asked to have just the cheese. Still brought it with meat, and their manager (?) said "you can get the cheese anywhere" when we didn't want what they brought. Yup. I agree. We can have that "cheese anywhere". So can the cappuccino. So can the drinks. So can your business altogether :) nothings special about the place...
