It is Wednesday today and it was closed. CALL AHEAD. This is a clean air-conditioned noodle place. I would have gave them a 5 on food if the cut the green onion evenly and thinly 葱花 and not chunks. I ordered the small size thick wide noodles with beef shank and tendons braised in soy sauce. 240 Taiwan dollars is not cheap for Taiwan but for the quality of the meat and the cleanness and comfort level the price is acceptable. The broth goes well with the noodles. It will be perfect if they can ask customers for the preferred...

Food is excellent! I ordered signature beef (招牌牛肉面）which comes with beef, tendon and stomach. The portion is huge with multiple pieces of meat. The soup is flavourful but not overpowering. Nice balance of flavour and taste. While they are famous for beef noodle, they offer good options for vegetarian. Vegetarian chicken and some side dishes are suitable as meatless options ( with garlic ). They provide 2 type of spicy sauces. Taste good and go well with the noodles. 10 min walk from XinBeitou MRT....

Outstanding, large portion, go for the beef only one,

Beef slice also big, there are some spices on the tables to enhance flavor,

Beef is very soft, much better than the one that very popular for tourist in Taipei, Yong Kang,

Noodles is thick and firm, possibly homemade, no complains here, during off peak still many people come in, so definitely...
