A super nice, upscale vibe hotpot experience. They have set menus which I recommend as they come with appetizers and desserts. The golden chicken soup was delicious. Another highlight was the perilla leaf ice slush over a tomato which was super light and refreshing and a great palate cleanser. It’s a dish unique to this place. The sliced beef for hotpot, lobster taco, lobster tails, and lobster dumplings were all very good and fresh but pretty standard. I love Hot pots in Taiwan, especially this one. Ok.. Let me explain. I do not like to pay for expensive hot pots. I prefer ones that are under 300NT.. However, this Second House hot pot is totally worth it. It's a different kind of hot pot. They will cook for you! I went with 3 other other people and we paid around 1500NT each. Totally worth it.
