This was my first experience at Louisa coffee.

I ordered a latte. The latte was actually very very good. Best one ive had receny. It was super creamy but still had a nice bitterness from the coffee.. just how i like it. They do not have Splenda though.

However, service at this place is not the best. No hi hello or a smile from the moment you walk in. You can order from a kiosk as well which is what I did.

However, I kind of struggled with it but there was no offer to help.

The ambiance was nice aa there is a back room and upstairs. It was a more rustic and industrial vibe.

It's an ok place. To give this place 5 stars is not seeing the whole picture that warrants 5 stars.

They have no sugar substitute available, for crying outloud its a cafe! No Splenda, no Equal, no Stevia. Coming from the Philippines, I was spoiled by the ubiquitous supply of non caloric sugar substitute options available.

Staff aren't friendly by any means. They hide behind their counter and masks and not interact with incoming customers by any means. No, hi, hello, good morning or how are you.

This place doesn't look much from the front, but the backyard is simply delightful, with natural light streaming from the glass roof top. A very rustic place in an old shop house.
