My boss was very inclined to eat in this restaurant tonight, indeed it looks of a certain level from the outside. Greeting from the front of house was warming, there a lot of them, And they know what they are doing. Food was indeed good, the shark was on point with a surprisingly good mouth feeling sensation. Seafood is very fresh and often done Chinese style. The Abaloni rice was good, but not mind blowing, I thought it was a bit weak but overall good. The melon was sweet, ripe at the right point. The restaurant displays items in English and Japanese as well, the front of house seams to understand both of these languages basics. The restaurant is indeed very expensive but what surprised me the most was the service, rather than the food. The waitresses do an incredible job, impeccable I must say; continuous tea refill, hot towel changed every time it’s used, table cleaned at the minimum drop of liquid, that’s also the reason why I’m giving 5 stars.
