Tried the Chili Con Carne Rice Bowl and enjoyed it! Came with white rice and a small side salad. Portion was good too.

They only had spoons available and it would've been easier to use a fork for the salad. Maybe they forgot to put them out and I didn't ask either so, minor problem.

The day I went was pretty humid and hot and since they are open concept, it was a bit stuffy and uncomfortable inside, even with the WI does open- there wasn't much air flow. Might be more comfortable to have fans or windows closed with AC on when the weather is hot...

真的覺得很可惜。很想推薦，可是服務上讓人有點傻眼。 食物味道好吃，氣氛好，店裡音樂好聽。 我跟我太太點了一個沙拉捲餅，一個三明治兩個人想分。沙拉卷很方便切了兩半，各吃一半。我請老闆娘麻煩把三明治切一半她說他們三明治不切。我有點傻眼問說是有什麼原因嗎？以為是怕裡面的料掉出來或什麼，她說她們就是不切。她說他們沙拉卷都會切因為適合分享可是她們三明治不是設計來分享的，是一人份... 我聽得真的不知道怎麼回。 我們又不是兩個人只點一份來吃，點了兩份。 店裡當時也不忙，沒有什麼人，只是麻煩用刀切一下給客人比較方便吃。我們買了三明治，怎麼吃法是我們的事，不用你來設計。如果是帶小孩來吃呢？他們還小只能吃一半也是不行嗎？整個服務給客人一個很不好的感覺，希望可以改變有點彈性為客人著想。

Really wanted to recommend this place but the service really let it down. The food, ambience and music are good but was really dumbfounded by the service. My wife and I ordered a hummus wrap and a Philly cheesesteak sandwich. The wrap was conveniently cut in half for sharing but when I asked the lady if she could please cut the sandwich in half as well, she flatly said no. I was a bit confused and asked if there was a reason? I assume they have a knife but thought maybe it's because the ingredients might fall out or something. She just said they don't do it and are not willing to. She said they cut the wrap in half because that's apparently "suitable" for sharing but their sandwiches are "designed" for one person. It's not like we ordered one sandwich to eat between the two of us, we ordered two items and just wanted to try each other's. It's not like the store was busy, there was hardly anyone else there. If we buy a sandwich, how we eat it is really up to us, it doesn't need to be "designed" by you. What if customers bring kids and they can't eat a whole sandwich? Anyway the whole experience really left us a bit confused and I hope they will consider being a bit more flexible and considerate of their customers because it ruined what could have been a...

The only thing I could say is that this place is beyond my expectation! The food is great, the environment is clean, and the staff are nice. Moreover, it’s located in a cozy corner where I can feel relaxed and hang out with friends in a very good mood!
