I was shocked by how they treat people who miss their numbers. The business is totally inflexible. Their ticket screen doesn’t show real-time updates and jumps erratically between numbers. With multiple ways to get tickets, numbers appear out of sequence—one moment it's 261, the next it's 1700—adding to the confusion. Additionally, they call smaller parties first, causing the numbers to jump higher while larger groups are left waiting with their old numbers. This makes the wait even more frustrating. To top it off, they write down the next group on a piece of paper and insist they never make mistakes. The entire system is outdated...

This was our first time visiting Kura Sushi location in Taiwan. The pricing here is a much better value than locations in the united states.

Upon arriving we joined the waitlist on a tablet in the area just past the escalator, which printed out a number on a receipt. We had to wait around 15 minutes for our number to be called. It was a bit crowded in that waiting area, but it turns out there is more comfy seating to wait in if you go past the sliding door into the actual restaurant.
