OLO Coffee Roasters — Restaurant in Datong District

環境很安靜，適合喜歡安靜的人，但店員態度令人不敢恭維，不會再造訪。 This was the second time that i visited this cafe, and it's gonna be the last time as well. My friend and I were sitting in a small table for 2 and we saw a couple sitting in a larger table for 4 were ready to leave. The couple left the table with their all belongings, one went to pay and one went straightly out to the cafe. my friend and i managed to switch to that table as we wanted to use laptop. Then one of staff went to us and blamed us that we should not have changed our seat as their customer were not yet leaving....I didnt get it, one of them had left, and one was paying the bill in the counter. how come that we are not respectful to that couple??? Of course I do somehow understand the staff, the part that i can not accept is his attitude. This is definitely not a thing that he should blame his customers with horrible attitude and loud voice. Especially the sign in the entrance of cafe was reminding of people should talk softly in the cafe, and it turns out the staffs were louder than anyone. So, if you do not want your beautiful day to be ruined, then you might have a better choice to...

This is a very unique coffee shop in the way as it has many many rules for customers to follow, including no talking, no making noises, keeping the environment clean & making sure to put garbage into the collector, and using the restroom as fast as possible cos there will be other people waiting, ...etc. Although one can be amused to these requirement, guess what, these requirements are actually viewed more than reasonable for a person like me. Therefore, I am more than happy to cooperate with them. This place is retro style, clean, classic with calm while chill ambience. It’s more like grow-up adult style, not those cute coffee shops ideal for IG. For my first visit I ordered a cup of hand-drip Columbia and a piece of banana pound cake. Both of them are awesome! The coffee is perfect and the cake tastes moisture, not too sweet, warm, and full of banana aroma. I am impressed by this new found coffee shop. Great job the owner and the team! Will be back again...
