Fried rice with fried pork (gently fried) is the dish receiving many positive remarks. Since recently there are some gourmet arguments brawled over Youtube regarding how to make authentic Chinese fried rice, I would recommend you to try the fried rice here. Though it may not be the top ranking fried rice, yet pretty much decently represent how the Chinese style should be. There are several choices of fried rice, with beef, fresh shrimp, or dried shrimp. However, in my opinion, the fried pork is the most appreciable one deserved to be the title of Chef's special.
Chinese pasty is another Chef's special of this restaurant. In case you haven't try that, be cautious of the hot meat juice at your first bite. There are 4 choice of Chinese pasty, beef, pork, meat with cabbage and Chives. Instead of baked in an oven, the Chinese pastry is fried on a pan.
