This seems to be mostly a student handout, but it’s nice enough. There is a small downstairs with 8 or so tables and a large upstairs with many more. Unfortunately the upstairs was shut when I visited so every table was taken and everything seemed a bit cramped (at about 5pm). Basically you’re meant to mark your order on a board and hand it in to the cashier. I Ordered a meal for 140 NT - cheese and ham panini, a few fries, a salad, and red tea. Great value for a light meal and the panini tasted great. Note that they have an English menu if you need one and are open 24 hours for both eat in and take out.

I always love Laya Burger. This is the only 24 hour Laya Burger that I have ever found! Being open 24/7 means that their prices are a little higher than usual (seems to be an extra 5ntd for most menu items), but I'm not going to complain when I get to have Laya Burger in the evening or in the middle of the night!
