For a first timer in Kaoshuing, this restaurant has been a fantastic experience! From the moment we sat down, the staff has been nothing but courteous!! The food was fantastic! Flavourful, somewhat affordable and with a lot of variety! An amazing place for vegetarians to visit too!! Recommendations: the bean stir-fry, the plum juice to drown the spice, and the chicken!! Also, they have their own in house beer. Delicious, not too strong....

有你真好!!!緣來好食就在山腳下不遠處!!! 有你真好湘菜沙龍是碳佐麻里餐飲旗下的湘菜餐廳品牌 一棟官方的老房子重新拉皮改建，古色古香的隔局，連通往洗手間的走道都那麼有古典的氣氛。試營運結束後第一天正式開店就來報到，不大的用餐空間坐無虛席。約六七八個好友一起試試，人多好點菜，沒有年紀上的差別也沒有行業上的差別，只有共同的特點是對於好餐美食的喜好沒有上限。 湖南菜的辣還是小心為上，初到貴寶地我看點”小辣”以策安全(店員也一再提醒)。湖南菜是清辣，四川菜是麻加辣加多樣的香料，這裡的餐點不大盤但每份都是現點現作，用料實在，勾芡少，菜色亮，味道區分明顯，食材新鮮，大火不過火，調味精準，使用的溫體豬肉呈現味鮮道甜美。點餐系統是用ipad，可以選擇不à小à中à大 辣的味道，還可以看到每道餐點的介紹，還可以小計多少花費，作到另一種以客為尊。 招待涼拌菜，用清純的辣味打開味覺。 皮蛋抖辣椒，賣相雖不佳，但創意及風味十足，使用剝皮紅綠辣椒。 泡椒炸蛋，今晚少數勾芡料理，半熟苞包蛋被色彩亮麗的細辣體及鮮肉未所灌溉，標準的下飯餐點，唯要小心使用。 農家小炒肉，大量的青龍(糯米椒)炒豬肉條，賣相不錯，口味雖簡單帶有一點小辣卻很耐吃，一道有肉有菜也平衡的餐點，乾爽不膩口，下酒好菜。 農家山椒雞蛋，使用1:1的雞蛋及青龍在大火快炒下，顏色青亮蛋香四溢，平民百姓的下酒下飯同時也是乾爽不膩口的好菜。 殺豬菜，大量娃娃菜的清甜配合溫體豬肉，清甜的湯被粉條吸收，簡單的料理手法完全保留食材的美味。 粉蒸肉，使用新鮮厚五花肉片加上粉及米及不重味的香料一起蒸製而成，米粒吸飽肉汁及香料，一口咬下，把罪惡感排除後快意十足。 毛氏紅燒肉，厚切五花肉塊，肉肥而不膩再帶香而有味，剛剛好的口感，大口入口滿足，小口入口滿意，保留肉的香味融入醬油色及甘醇味，可能是冰糖甜味，很難相像是湘菜，反而有點像古早味的台菜風味。 主廚功夫燉湯，很有風味及厚度，湯色卻有點清，有胡椒及不知名香料底的豬腳湯，有點看頭及水準。 黃悶土雞，薑香雞肉細，湯汁有味不重味。 啤酒鴨，味重不帶重鹹，鴨肉有入味但不干澀。 金銀蛋時蔬，鹹蛋+皮蛋炒菠菜，風味青菜。 干鍋四季豆，用辣及大火鎖住四季豆的鮮美及清脆。 干鍋花椰菜，菜保持有口感及爽脆，干鍋的辣及香料輕輕的貼附在菜體表面。 茉莉香米飯，萬惡的根本，特選的米品種，讓白飯米粒Q香軟彈，無法停口，用餐到最後才了解，為何米飯品質那麼好的原因是，所有的餐點都很下飯。 金銀饅頭，麵粉的材質不錯，作成的品質就有一定的水準，炸的蒸的都好吃，麵香甜彈軟。 齒留香粑粑，三種口味的炸胚年糕，沾上清澈的甜水，口中的咀嚼散發出米，宣告飯宴的依依不捨。 炸芝麻及花生元宵，放在炸細芋頭絲上，即便是店家贈品也絶不青菜。 看到的朋油不要轉貼，地方小，菜色風味足，價錢尚可，品質佳，料理用心，辣味足。

有你真好!!!緣來好食就在山腳下不遠處!!! 有你真好湘菜沙龍是碳佐麻里餐飲旗下的湘菜餐廳品牌 一棟官方的老房子重新拉皮改建，古色古香的隔局，連通往洗手間的走道都那麼有古典的氣氛。試營運結束後第一天正式開店就來報到，不大的用餐空間坐無虛席。約六七八個好友一起試試，人多好點菜，沒有年紀上的差別也沒有行業上的差別，只有共同的特點是對於好餐美食的喜好沒有上限。 湖南菜的辣還是小心為上，初到貴寶地我看點”小辣”以策安全(店員也一再提醒)。湖南菜是清辣，四川菜是麻加辣加多樣的香料，這裡的餐點不大盤但每份都是現點現作，用料實在，勾芡少，菜色亮，味道區分明顯，食材新鮮，大火不過火，調味精準，使用的溫體豬肉呈現味鮮道甜美。點餐系統是用ipad，可以選擇不à小à中à大 辣的味道，還可以看到每道餐點的介紹，還可以小計多少花費，作到另一種以客為尊。 招待涼拌菜，用清純的辣味打開味覺。 皮蛋抖辣椒，賣相雖不佳，但創意及風味十足，使用剝皮紅綠辣椒。 泡椒炸蛋，今晚少數勾芡料理，半熟苞包蛋被色彩亮麗的細辣體及鮮肉未所灌溉，標準的下飯餐點，唯要小心使用。 農家小炒肉，大量的青龍(糯米椒)炒豬肉條，賣相不錯，口味雖簡單帶有一點小辣卻很耐吃，一道有肉有菜也平衡的餐點，乾爽不膩口，下酒好菜。 農家山椒雞蛋，使用1:1的雞蛋及青龍在大火快炒下，顏色青亮蛋香四溢，平民百姓的下酒下飯同時也是乾爽不膩口的好菜。 殺豬菜，大量娃娃菜的清甜配合溫體豬肉，清甜的湯被粉條吸收，簡單的料理手法完全保留食材的美味。 粉蒸肉，使用新鮮厚五花肉片加上粉及米及不重味的香料一起蒸製而成，米粒吸飽肉汁及香料，一口咬下，把罪惡感排除後快意十足。 毛氏紅燒肉，厚切五花肉塊，肉肥而不膩再帶香而有味，剛剛好的口感，大口入口滿足，小口入口滿意，保留肉的香味融入醬油色及甘醇味，可能是冰糖甜味，很難相像是湘菜，反而有點像古早味的台菜風味。 主廚功夫燉湯，很有風味及厚度，湯色卻有點清，有胡椒及不知名香料底的豬腳湯，有點看頭及水準。 黃悶土雞，薑香雞肉細，湯汁有味不重味。 啤酒鴨，味重不帶重鹹，鴨肉有入味但不干澀。 金銀蛋時蔬，鹹蛋+皮蛋炒菠菜，風味青菜。 干鍋四季豆，用辣及大火鎖住四季豆的鮮美及清脆。 干鍋花椰菜，菜保持有口感及爽脆，干鍋的辣及香料輕輕的貼附在菜體表面。 茉莉香米飯，萬惡的根本，特選的米品種，讓白飯米粒Q香軟彈，無法停口，用餐到最後才了解，為何米飯品質那麼好的原因是，所有的餐點都很下飯。 金銀饅頭，麵粉的材質不錯，作成的品質就有一定的水準，炸的蒸的都好吃，麵香甜彈軟。 齒留香粑粑，三種口味的炸胚年糕，沾上清澈的甜水，口中的咀嚼散發出米，宣告飯宴的依依不捨。 炸芝麻及花生元宵，放在炸細芋頭絲上，即便是店家贈品也絶不青菜。 看到的朋油不要轉貼，地方小，菜色風味足，價錢尚可，品質佳，料理用心，辣味足。
