Good service, decent environment, delicious cake, and good tasting coffee.

ENVIRONMENT – 3.5/5

The café has an open concept. It is not located within its own enclosed store. The overall environment was nice and cozy. I was a little deceived by the pictures that showed a view of the port and ocean. There is actually about a two metre distance from the glass wall.

SERVICE – 4.5/5

The service was great and the staff was friendly. You order at the cashier and they give you a buzzer to pick up your order when it is ready. I was there with my 16 month old son. When my order was ready, the staff member saw that I was holding my baby so she insisted to take my order to my table for me. I wish I got the staff member’s name. Very great service!

FOOD/TASTE – 3.5/5

I ordered the cookie and cream cake. The texture of the cake was decent and it was not too sweet (which I like). I also ordered a latte. The latte was normal – nothing really special about it. Overall, the cake and latte could have been a little better.

Bought takeout and their two other flavours are super delicious too. Pistachio and milk tea ❤️ these two don’t have additional syrups provided

$190 NT/piece of Millecrepe is a steep price, but it’s deliciously made, full of flavour and nicely presented even in the takeout box.

I would probably go back again in the future to try the other flavours.

The customer service is excellent at this new location and the view is quite nice...
