Coming into Broth Master feels like a fine fining experience without the exorbitant prices. This season is all about truffles, and I loved every bit of it. The entire meal was decadent, with plenty of truffle in every bite. I was so excited, as I am a fan of truffles. Here are a few things off their menu I highly recommend. The garlic truffle noodles. (蒜香松露鳥巢面） It comes with two portions of noodles, a side of sauce to mix in after cooking. I loved the generous amount of truffles they gave. It felt like half a small bottle! I added the garlic crisps and boccincini balls after. The result is an amazing bowl of pasta ramen.🥰🥰 The truffle broth was amazing! It tasted light and the hint of acidity helped with digestion. I opted out of the veggies and replaced it with another portion of chicken leg. I honestly think it is worth it for the extra boost of protein. I did order some veggies… on the side.🤭 Just to balance it out.

I am definitely coming back again for the experience.
