We stumbled upon this gem during our week-long trip to Taiwan, and it quickly became our family's favorite meal. This restaurant truly exceeded our expectations in every way.

Cleanliness: The moment we stepped in, we were impressed by the spotless dining area and immaculate kitchen. It's clear that the staff takes pride in maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.

Convenience: Being open late was a lifesaver for us, as we often found ourselves exploring the city until late at night.

Food: The real star of the show was the food – absolutely fresh and ridiculously delicious! Each dish was expertly prepared, and the flavors were perfectly balanced.

Service: The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Their attentive service and warm smiles added to our overall dining experience.

Had great expectations as we read great reviews for Ding Wang on the internet. Completely disappointed with the quality of food, service and the price.

Soup base was charged per person and they charge extra if you decide to go with two types of soup base in one pot. Food was extremely expensive for the quality. Beef was so stringy and hard to chew. Food variety was very limited.

As for service, the staffs kept bowing to us even after refilling our soup. It felt very mechanical, and does not make us feel comfortable at all.

Spent about 1500TWD and we only ordered one plate of pork, one plate of beef, and some vegetables. Save your money and dine at...

The service and food quality are going down. I visited this hot pot restaurant while I back Taiwan every year. They are famous on their lovely service, and unlimited refill duck blood and tofu.
