Coffee in Taiwan is very popular. Most of the coffee I drunk are good and the price is lower than in Hong Kong very much. However, cakes in Hong Kong are better than in Taiwan. Same for this shop. Big branch at the cross section! Strong coffee aroma and cake fragrance are rife inside the shop, whereas the room upstairs is not very pleasant in smell with acidic smell! The seats outside are also available. It is a nice place to gather and chat, and their drinks are...

金髮兩鬢馬尾女態度超差。

重複確認客人餐點沒錯，但說話語氣差，自以為是的廢話又多，效率差，隔壁做餐的出問題了，乾點餐的人什麼事，點餐塞車了還硬要參與。

點餐前會員條碼已經開了，看到了裝沒看到，要客人唸電話號碼，然後自己再聽不清楚，讓客人再唸一次，那我開會員條碼給你幹嘛？

每次輪到金髮兩鬢馬尾女做餐，去冰會做成正常冰，這種太冰的一、二小時內喝不完，放到中午飲料被冰塊稀釋難喝得最後都只能倒掉。貴品牌多少冠軍咖啡豆都一樣，遇到這種員工，再好喝的飲料，教育訓練失敗東西還是會被做到爛掉。 然後還會害其他出餐的人尷尬，同事叫號了，看到該去冰卻沒去冰的飲料，礙於客人上前拿餐，只能硬著頭皮出餐，真的很多時候只是客人懶得罵而已。

金髮兩鬢馬尾女出餐不給吸管，飲料直接放櫃檯；在你要回收號碼單時，把放籤桶收走拿去整理，到底可以多沒禮貌？

進門要點餐，金髮兩鬢馬尾女明明看到客人來了，還是可以無視，從櫃檯跑去蛋糕櫃，原本以為是去服務其他客人，結果只是跑去對比他年資輕的店員指手劃腳，讓隔壁做飲料的店員來收拾殘面。

當然貴店還是有一位很棒的服務員，像鶴站在雞群那般（塊陶啊~）。至於其他優秀的人我遇過但也都離職了థ౪థ。總之，我要戒咖啡一陣子了。 回應小編 根據我的評論，小編應該可以知道這不是單一一天之內所能發生完的事，這是「長期」，針對金髮那位服務員的服務不滿之控訴。 負評結束，每天我都在等小編回覆，遺憾的是，貴店似乎選擇洗五星的方式將此留言洗下去。 從24年12月開始，幾乎週一至週五上班日早上8點左右，我都會去自由店買大杯拿鐵，那位服務員叫什麼名字我真的懶得再去看，也不會再去看。直接把人家名字公佈出來，對貴店真的是一件好的事情嗎？小編的回覆無疑是在提油救火。而且要這樣迷迷糊糊的處理...

아침 일찍부터 문을 연다. 청차(青茶)를 최고 달게 시켰는데 뭔가 맛이 밍밍했다. 30원이니 괜찮다고 생각한다. 아니면 따뜻하게 시켰는데 따뜻해서 맛이 밍밍한지는 모르겠다. 2층에는 사람이 거의 없었고 편안하게 2층에서 쉴 수 있었다. 다만 다른 프랜차이즈에 비해 청소가 많이 던 된 느낌이였다. 직원들은 친절했지만 2시간 가까이 있는동안 청소를 하는 걸 본적이 없다. 언제 먹먹는지 모르는 커피 흔적들이 곳곳에 있는걸 보니 오늘은 테이블을 닦은 적이 없는 거 같다. 청소 상태 외에는 넓고 조용하고 친절해서 만족스럽다. 아 그리고 카페 앞에 오토바이 주차할 곳이 애매해서 별점 하나를 뺐다. 도로 특성이긴 한데 그래도 카페 앞 인도에라도 오토바이를 주차할 수 있으면 좋지 않을까 조심스레 생각해본다. 주차는 애매하지만 가격대비 분위기가 마음에 들어서 종종 들릴 예정이다.
