IL Limone — Restaurant in Taichung

The new intercontinental in Taichung is pretty nice for tc standard. IL limone has a huge dining room the food quality was good a bit on the high price point for Taichung , $30 usd for a pizza and it wasn’t even that big. Quality of food standard was acceptable, everything was tasty except the duck I feel they can use better quality duck. It lacked the gamey taste of duck meat and was really tough. Service was alright you can tell they’re still in training, they use a lot of international interns. I’m sure over time they can upgrade their service. I would return for...

料理部分，「白酒」師傅的披薩絕對是亮點。他曾在義大利工作多年，手藝相當精湛。披薩外酥內軟，風味層次分明，每一口都能感受到講究的工藝與用心。

The highlight of the meal was definitely Chef Baijiu’s pizza.Having worked in Italy for years, his expertise in pizza-making is outstanding. The crust is perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside, with well-balanced flavors that showcase his craftsmanship.

他還提到想嘗試製作 青醬披薩，這是一個非常有創意的想法。期待餐廳能給他發揮的機會，讓更多人品嚐到他的獨特風味！

He also mentioned his interest in creating a pesto-based pizza, which sounds like an exciting idea. I truly hope the restaurant provides him with the opportunity to experiment, as his passion and creativity deserve recognition.
