台中的法森小館可說是元老級的台中法式餐廳，相信台中人應該都有聽過這間，在台中已經深耕超過十九年了，在2020年間被米其林餐盤推薦31家其中一家餐廳，只能說米其林是不是太晚才看到台中的法森了，在心中法森絕對不止只有餐盤而已!

味道方面：味道方面來討論的話，可說只要台中有新的法式餐廳，都會作為分母相來比較，法森小館算是台中法餐界的元老，其味道來談法森都是我心中佔有領先的地位，味道都非常好，每道都食的道廚們的用心用料的好味，說實在精緻好食也不會有嚇死人價位的法餐真的也不多了。 用餐環境：巷弄間的平房改裝的餐館，因為已經營業好幾年了算比較傳統，有帶點法式餐館的精巧。 服務方面：每個服務人員都很仔細，餐盤擺設用心，服務親切。 停車方面：配有一個小型的停車空間因為只有幾個位子，用餐高峰時很容易滿位，不過周遭也有許多停車位，不用擔心。

This was the holiday lunch set during the Oct 10th long weekend, everything was done well and service was friendly and attentive. We sat on the 2F, which was bright and there were lovely flowers on the balcony, natural light made the dining experience even more pleasant.
