The Naked Cafe — Restaurant in Taichung

Great salads and sandwiches. Their sandwich menu is a little confusing at first. Basically, it's the same toppings on different breads. I go so often for salad, the staff remembers my order: Chef Salad with extra chicken and their special house vinaigrette. Really nutritious and filling proportion of protein to salady things.

Naked Cafe's sides - fries, nuggets, hash browns, chicken strips - are reallyvcrisp and delicious.

It looked so cute from the outside. We were starving so we quickly chose this restaurant. Once we sat down to order I noticed the table wasn’t clean, the floor was disgustingly filthy, the toddler bowl was not cleaned properly so we had to ask for a new bowl. 美村尼克蓋好久的新家好了，整間絕美玻璃屋，非常明亮，搭配暖黃燈光，不太冷還很安靜。各種黑白簡約設計讓空間很舒適，沒有大部分早午餐店會有的油煙味，座椅的擺放也很貼心，不論幾人用餐都能確保令人輕鬆的距離。相較原先的鄉村風店面，新家真的是升級200%。

每次來都會點的燻鮭魚，只是換著不同麵包體驗，今天是鹽可頌。一樣是切開的麵包鋪上起司片烤到軟香，塞滿生菜和我愛到不行的橄欖🫒、酸黃瓜，大片厚薄豐滿有口感的燻鮭魚。醬料比例得宜，不會吃到最後到處亂滴或是麵包濕軟，鹽可頌的風味也不會被這些豐富配料搶走，最最最重要的是鹽可頌普遍會有的油膩感一點也沒有，恰到好處，飽足感和價錢口味都完勝Subway。

另外最令人驚艷的套餐加價購炸肉餅。做為某樣主菜頻繁出現在各種麵包搭配菜單上，出於好奇單點了肉餅嚐鮮。在經過了熊貓們的肉餅開箱典禮後，差點掩飾不住激動要請主廚出來握手感謝。

原先非常害怕肉澀乾柴，或是有肉腥味，但入口就滿到會滴下來的肉汁證明了它自己。厚薄恰到好處的外皮就算等我拍照放涼了都還是非常酥脆也沒有反油，要是擠壓肉餅就會溢出清甜的肉汁小湖泊。何況是在嘴裡咀嚼，連一口飲品都捨不得喝，深怕破壞美妙的派對尾韻。真的好想打包個一打回家冷凍，然後為了它買氣炸鍋。

套餐沙拉就沒有什麼好說的，就是牛排店沙拉。但清洗得很乾淨，水也瀝得很乾，菜脆口不軟爛，但我討厭玉米粒也討厭千島醬。🙈如果單點沙拉是有配主菜，也可以自行選擇醬料的。

附餐咖啡倒是很值得一提，之前喝冰的就蠻驚艷。雖然只是附餐美式咖啡但入口溫順，香氣四溢，沒有許多美式那令人厭煩的薄水味。放涼了表面的咖啡脂淡淡的不膩口，每一口都留有一股長長的碳燒香氣在口腔裡，做為配餐的咖啡倒是很搶戲，但留做整份餐點的句點，覺得很完美。

店裡許多組客人都是長輩，不太熟悉菜單的自助模式，店員也很熱心的引導協助，而且樂於介紹，外場人員的彼此搭配感覺也蠻有默契，總能適時為櫃檯補位，也沒有冷落客人。輪到我點餐時是有禮的男孩紙，結帳單上頭的署名很可愛，英文名字是「Spic...
