We tried everything on the menu and the food here is truly incredible!
The buns we had were (photos in order): Taiwanese: Probably my second favourite of all. Really well seasoned and the texture was spot on. Thai: My personal favourite. The Thai basil and spices took me straight back to Thailand, with a Taiwanese twist. Really delicious! French: A fresh bun reminiscent of a Caesar salad. Good, but my not my favourite due to personal taste. My partner who is French thoroughly enjoyed this though so what do I know! Spicy: Probably the first time having a spicy Bao bun and I wasn’t disappointed. Perfect level of heat and complex flavours. American: Just like eating a hot dog or burger, but vegan! The mustard and pickles are something I would never associate with Bao buns but it worked really well! Japanese: Really felt Japanese with the combination of the well cooked omelette and the vegan smoky ham. Very tasty.
The owners are very friendly and we went at 15:00 so we had the place to ourselves. Cosy atmosphere and the service was great.
Highly recommend to any vegetarians / vegans finding...
Read moreReally Delicious Traditional Taiwanese Bao ( Taiwanese burger 🤣) The vegan version is really awesome. I bought one for my carnivore friend and she said it taste like the leaner version of the meat. Reminded me of childhood but without guilt and simply better for EVERYTHING!
He also use the BEST oil for high heat which is grape seed oil (or you can use avocado oil & coconut oil)
Just come try it bc it's hard to find the vegan...

There's only a few seats inside but it's air conditioned so arrive during offf hours if you're trying to get a spot inside. Staff speaks very basic English and there are English descriptions...
