The set meal including noodle and dumpling is not bad. I recommend to try their tiny noodle and the jiuzhou noodle. Beef noodle soup was good as well, but it had heavy taste of Chinese pepper which made the tongue numbed, not everybody...

Very good beef noodle and tasty side dishes. You can choose the type of noodle you want and customise your meal the way you want. Food was delicious and they had a good selection of side dishes available....

整體服務很差，反映出管理上的問題較大。

首先是沒有人注意門口是否有客人等帶位，我在門口站著，一個外場男服務生在吧檯後直接視若無睹，以他站的角度絕對可以意識到門口有客人，但他選擇裝沒看到，直到另一位蹲著理貨的外場女服務生站起來看到我才帶位。

其次帶位女服務生態度也不好，因為是掃QR code點餐的關係就沒有記桌號(如果是手寫單就會記得)，結帳時小姐問我哪桌我不記得，就口頭加上用手比跟小姐說明桌子的位置，小姐回答說『是30桌嗎?』，我又說了一次是裡面某客人左手邊那一桌，小姐再次回答『是31桌嗎?』...

是還蠻常去的，每次去價格都有微漲，但份量似乎以不同方式在變少。放在外面的酸菜很少，一定要沒了才再補一點，每次去都懷疑是拿到剩下的，但其實就是怕人家拿都補很少而已。麵從以前像關廟麵有嚼勁的細麵到有三種麵包含九州極細麵可選（也最好吃），到現在分細麵與手工麵，只能說現在的細麵無敵難吃，份量不少但整團軟爛無咬勁。牛肉麵湯頭都不錯，但台南店真的非常奇怪，之前說麵少，現在是湯少的可憐。一坨軟爛的麵放在稀少的湯汁裏以為在吃拌麵，更討厭的是湯太少再是要求加的湯也不是原本湯頭的湯。點的燙青菜是煮麵水燙的，水也沒瀝乾，青菜底盤中浮了一堆白色的水真的看起來很噁心，因為可能煮的水都是共用的，在麵裡也一直看到像肉斷掉的纖維，看起來真的很像一堆碎的髮絲，整碗真的一邊吃吃到覺得很噁心，之前沒這樣的啊！牛肉有爛但沒入味。兩個人吃起來也是要四五百的一餐，只能說這家分店這樣的品質太差了。 ——————————————————— 牛肉麵口味是OK的，應該是紅燒牛肉麵很少的台南最好吃的了吧。小菜很普通份量又少，可以不要點。現場現熱滷味，除非你很懂「以兩計算」的重量，點單個計價的東西即可，因為隨便夾都會是很多兩起跳，最後結帳會很貴。但實在很不建議去。因為麵與牛肉的份量比台中與台北的店少太多了，既然是連鎖店麻煩要更注意品管，覺得不太OK
