Done often get to eat at a 小炒 restaurant in Australia but this one really hit the spot. Ordered mainly seafood dishes and they did not disappoint. 看了沈的介紹推薦放入口袋名單許多才來吃 星期六晚上約20：45入座，年輕老闆告知現在要做內用跟外帶單，約會等候30-40分鐘才能出菜，我們兩人用餐也回覆可以等候 入座後等了約30分來了第一道菜，高麗菜心，吃起來鹹香夠味，也有些許鑊氣，但不知道為什麼餐點卻是涼的，雖不到冷，但有種說不出，是不是不是當場炒出來的感覺…實感可惜。 第二道是炒飯，算是五道菜中最不喜歡的，原本想說熱炒店，炒飯應該是最安全牌，偏濕不說，畢竟每人喜愛口感不同，但又相當油，建議可以跳過，可能點個炒麵或者鱔魚意麵這類還會加些許水去煨煮，才能感覺沒那麼油。 接著便又進入漫長的等待，中途年輕老闆有進來告知這三道菜還要再等一下…已經有了預期，當然沒問題，繼續等待。 接著炸雞翅，也是沈相當推薦的一道菜，剛上菜看一下外觀跟香氣，就知道算是一道相當傳統的菜色，馬上聯想到在山產店或者土雞城甚至傳統流水席都有機會出現的菜色，反倒是在熱炒店出現是比較微妙…不過確實相當美味好吃，且一定要趁熱吃，就算是被燙傷也要吃！！ 第四道是烤松阪豬，也是裡面最貴的一道菜280元，其它都200元以下，也是相當好吃，烤肉雖然就是這風格，但調味部份確實讓這道菜更上一層樓！ 接著最後一道，古早味豬肝，也是沈推薦必點，外觀有些許粉下去酥炸，但卻又用濕煮的方式烹飪，反倒讓外皮的酥炸感產生了一種莫名的感覺（笑），但更讓人驚艷的是，咬下去卻異常的軟，像是吃到肥肉，還有些許爆汁，到現在還是想不到這是那種口感，真的相當驚艷跟新鮮，從沒有吃過類似的口感，也沒有吃到過多的豬肝腥味，我想這味道應該不敢吃豬肝的人，明白這味道吧。敢吃豬肝的朋友，這道可以吃看看。 包含等候時間到吃完，約22：00離開餐廳，離開前還是能感受到年輕老闆的服務態度真的很好，雖然只是簡單的幾句話，要再稍等一下，謝謝再見，但人跟人就是這樣簡單的相處，所以最後付錢也是跟小老闆簡單問候一下。 兩個人吃了730元，整體菜色都有水準，當天也有一桌日本人入內用餐，也有吵死人的89，但吃東西就是這樣，不會是每道菜都是你能接受，但只要有部分合你口味，自然就會再回鍋報到，推薦。

師傅失手❓網紅推但全品項腥💧魚腸有焦味 據說店家有名氣，帶外國朋友來吃台灣特色熱炒，但內臟類的都有腥味，唯一喜歡鮢過魚湯。

❤️NT300 鮢過魚湯：點了聲望高的西瓜綿綿，西瓜吃起來像酸菜，店家用的深海魚不錯，魚皮Q彈像富含膠質，肉也嫩。

⭕️NT180 香油豬肝：網絡上聲望高，吃後覺得還好。豬肝裹上粉，炸完再炒很甜的醬，外皮微弱的脆，豬肝厚也嫩。 個人是豬肝粉絲，吃過太多更美味的炒豬肝，覺得此舉有點畫蛇添足😶‍🌫️ 口感特別，但味道還好，特別是不喜歡有股騷豬味，像不新鮮。 ⭕️NT250 炒烏魚腱：吃口感，烏魚腱爽脆，就醬油炒蔥的味道，普。
