The taste is a well balanced mix between smokey, salty, sweet and spicy. But don't worry it's not so spicy that your mouth is on fire, just a welcoming kick of flavor.
We ordered 2 bowls of dry eel noodle which was 130TWD each. You get a lot of eel so this price was super reasonable! Sure, the bowls are a bit on the smaller side but if you're not satisfied, just order another one.
We came to the shop on a Tuesday evening around 5:30PM there was a small que and we waited for about 15-20 min.
