Can’t tell it tasty or not, because I even can’t finish the order process.
I step into the dinning around 21:30, the owner told me that we must finish the “only order” due to the kitchen closing time (as 22:30). 😕 However, it say that they closed at 0:00, so their operating time is not consistent to the actual dining time.
Also, we been told that two of our order, are sold out. Then we should be informed like other meals that are crossed out already on the menu. Don't have to wait until we finish ordering and then say no to us.

Read more下班後的小確幸就是晚上到居酒屋 吃美食和小酌一杯~ 隱身在台南赤崁樓附近的巷弄內, 有家平價日式居酒屋, 真的是只有內行人才會知道的一家小店, 平日去發現蠻多外國客人的耶~😮 生意超級好!!幸好我很早就有訂位了。
雖然價格很親民, 但食材新鮮和餐點美味程度卻是沒話說~👍 來分享一下這次我自己點的菜色。
◾️胡麻小黃瓜$80 夏日最佳涼拌開胃菜~ 鮮脆的小黃瓜和洋蔥,搭配日式胡麻醬, 再灑上柴魚海苔,吃起來有胡麻香氣, 口感清脆鮮甜,既開胃又爽口~
◾️酒蒸蛤蜊$160 居酒屋必點美食之一, 一整盤份量很足~雖然不是很大顆的蛤蜊, 但是顆顆都飽滿鮮甜,入口滿滿的海洋鮮味, 融入了清酒香氣,每一口都是精華的汁液, 一轉眼馬上就空盤了。😂
◾️明太子日本山藥$150 這道我好喜歡♥︎ 鬆脆爽口的日本山藥,入口帶有脆度, 咀嚼後呈現山藥特有的黏滑口感, 微烤後上面再鋪滿嗶啵明太子醬, 明太子微辣及顆粒口感, 帶給味蕾絕妙的多重感受。
◾️塩烤雞牡蠣(1本)$100 珍貴的雞牡蠣肉,一隻雞只有兩塊, 油脂少、吃起來卻軟嫩多汁。 鹽烤口味最能吃到炭烤過帶微焦的香氣, 咀嚼後薄鹽味更帶出食材的鮮甜原味, 讓人會想一串接著一串吃。
◾️塩烤秋刀魚$100 喜歡吃秋刀魚,但魚刺總讓你望之卻步嗎? 哇嗚~店家會不會太貼心了? 居然把魚刺挑起來了!🥹 可以大快朵頤的感覺實在太棒了~ 超級推薦這道我的心頭好~ 能夠吃到烤魚的香酥口感,魚肉細緻鮮甜, 味道略帶苦味但後韻會回甘, 完整呈現出秋刀魚的最佳風味。
◾️本家鹹豬肉$120 肥瘦適中的五花肉,吃起來不會過油也不乾柴, 口味上不死鹹,口感也Q嫩中帶點嚼勁, 風味恰到好處。
◾️明太子雞腿肉串(2本)$150 我超愛這家的明太子醬, 明太子獨有的海味香氣及鹹辣滋味, 鋪滿在烤至焦香的軟嫩雞腿肉上, 上層雞皮烤的酥脆,入口雞肉厚實多汁, 雞肉本身只帶淡淡鹽味, 上層明太子醬補足香氣,超好吃!!
◾️塩烤櫛瓜$120 外層烤到微微焦香、內部還保有水份 整個恰到好處~吃起來滿滿的鮮甜感。
◾️櫻花蝦炒飯$150 來居酒屋肚子太餓怕吃不飽? 推薦這道加了櫻花蝦的炒飯~ 米飯粒粒分明、晶瑩剔透外, 滑嫩的炒蛋吸附著櫻花蝦的濃烈美味, 口感鬆脆合宜,每一口都鮮香濃郁。
◾️岬角梅露$150 來這裡小酌一定要喝上店家自製的梅露酒♥︎ 口感清爽酸甜,順滑好入口, 濃郁梅子的香氣,甜中帶酸,喉韻回甘, 酸甜交織完美,沁涼消暑的迷人滋味。
