The Thinking BAR 還在想 — Restaurant in Tainan

I am very sorry to say this is the first time I went to a bar with such bad experience. We went to this bar under my friend’s high recommendation; however, the service was bad, and the owner was very rude. Highly not recommend!!!!!!! Five of us went to this bar on Saturday evening. For service, first the waiter recommended “Gin Tonic” right after my friend said she wanted some whisky-based cocktail, and the waiter kinda force her to accept that. Second, when my cocktail arrived, the waiter spilled it on the table, and instead of apologizing and change a new one immediately, he came back with a single shot of vodka after 10 mins. Third, one of my friend ordered a “Margarita”, the same waiter who took the order, he mistakenly heard as “Mojito”; he did repeat the order but we did not pay attention to what he repeated; they ended up delivering the wrong drink. We explained to them that wasn’t the drink we ordered, but they just came over to our table three times trying to force us to accept the “Mojito” even though we told them we were not goanna drink it. After we were forced to accept the drink, we clearly ordered “Margarita” again. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive the drink after 30 min, so we decided to leave. By the time we reached the counter, the bartender (Owner??) yelled us from the bar as : next time before you guys order, you should study the base first”. That was very improper behavior for one running a business on the street. After I explained to her that we did accept the drink that her staff mistakenly took, she yelled again from the bar to her staff : Refund them for the “Mojito”. In my opinion, this bar was taking too many guests when there were only one bartenders. It might cause her bad temper and the bad quality of the cocktail, and not to mention, the drink took so long to deliver. Selection of very tasty German beer from a Nuremberg brewery and many international cocktails with and without alcohol. There are a total of 4 seating groups, as well as the possibility to drink at the bar. There are also various dishes on offer. The drinks menu is quite large and is prepared with a lot of effort. The cocktails look very high quality! All in all, a pleasant bar to spend a few hours with friends. The interior design is well done. Definitely recommended and...
