It's complicated... Really good food but not sure I'd go back on principle. There is no menu and no prices listed anywhere. While taking our order I asked the waiter what the costs were and he either completely ignored me or didn't hear (I speak fluent Mandarin). Benefit of the doubt, continued on. When it came time to pay the bill was 1380 for the 羊蝎子, 土鍋雞, and 鹹蛋炒娃娃菜. Again asked to see the handwritten bill but was ignored or he didn't hear. Asked to get our leftovers packaged- he came back with more soup base and noodles even though we never asked for it- so assumed it was part of it (it's not). We paid and left. Thinking back on the experience it's a little shady - if you have a daily menu why don't you just write out the menu and prices of the day? And why was I dodged when I asked twice for the costs? Every dish we ate here was delicious and even more cool was the fact the remains of one dish were used to make another! 原本訂位時,接聽是一位女性人員,非常客氣、親切,一開始訂位的印象很好,但是沒想到用餐後就很後悔...只能一次,以後不會再去。
從一進去,店家不提供菜單,口頭念菜名,然後要消費者點餐,就有點傻眼.. 明明做菜單比較方便,至少消費者也知道價格跟有哪些項目,後續加點也可以自己看菜單評估.. 偏偏要用念的,又不是無菜單料理,每天看進貨食材調整... 製作菜單有那麼困難嗎?而且看照片幾乎都差不多菜色,為何不直接做張菜單!?
然後開始上菜就聽到旁邊桌全部都叫手搖飲進來喝,一開始還覺得有點不禮貌怎麼全部都帶飲料進店裡?後來才明白原來帶飲料的才是真的懂吃的,因為料理真的鹹到爆...而且店裡面也不賣飲料、不賣白飯..只有啤酒而已,連我們喝酒配菜的人都覺得真的太鹹了.. 後來甚至還看到其他桌的自己買白飯帶進來...
我看到牆上貼著,台北必吃 2013 年的貼紙,明明就經營很長的一段時間,難道不知道東西很鹹消費者需要白飯跟需要飲料嗎?而且店裡面有冰箱冰啤酒但完全不賣飲料... 再來是全部的菜幾乎都需要配飯..但不賣白飯?讓客人自帶飲料、帶飯進來..這樣不是更沒利潤嗎?不是應該要賣才會賺嗎?而且消費者也很麻煩..
再來是店裡的環境,客人一堆就開始很吵,店內回音大,是真的非常吵,很像熱炒店的感覺,講話要用喊的,但環境也沒辦法,就是已經無法改變的事情,但後來店家又在廚房炒東西,油煙完全灌到用餐區,又嗆又難受,全部的客人都開始咳嗽... 這個應該就是店家可以控制的因素吧?是沒裝油煙機嗎... 真的太離譜..
雖然不是每一道都超鹹,有一些料理還不差,調味也還可以,我覺得是不難吃,店家服務態度也還可以,但是我覺得對於消費者的感受是比較沒有顧,而且店裡比較悶有一台電風扇給消費者吹,結果老闆覺得熱就直接把電風扇轉走... 上面的吊扇又不開,難道都沒看到消費者自己拿手持電風扇在吹嗎...?
唯一的優勢就是可以外帶酒進去喝,不過因為店家有賣啤酒,除了啤酒類不要帶,其他洋酒類可以,當然飲料、白飯也可以。
但沒有菜單、價格不透明、餐點調味過重、用餐環境不佳等等之類的問題,我覺得不是會想回訪或是再推薦的店家... 覺得真的雷,試過一次就好,原本很期待,這家也是我放很久的口袋名單,當天招待外國友人,結果是這樣的結果.. 東西鹹到友人吃不下,大家都面面相覷... 真的吃的很尷尬,然後還限制用餐時間......
