We came here on a sun morning and placed our order with the counter staffs. We proceeded down a flight of steps to a small sitting area where they have placed a few tables for patrons to eat their meals from. Most of the patrons have to share tables as it is a tiny sitting area. Do note that you are not allowed to reserve seats. Place ur order first and then wait for an empty table to be available before u sit down for your meal. The store employees do enforced this, so its fair for patrons who already placed their order and are already ready to eat their food vs someone who just came in and you are probably still queuing for your turn to order your food. 鹹豆漿 (Salty bean curd): Ngl it can compete with fuhang soy milk so if you dont want to queue for that, coming for it is good enough. let it sit for a while after ordering if you want it to solidify more. Its salty and tasty and overall really nice.

The soy milk was excellent! You can choose less sweet or normal, and also hot or cold. The salted soy milk was my favorite—I always eat it whenever I’m in Taipei. The ham pancake was just okay for me, but my boyfriend loved it. The youtiao was crispy and not too oily, even better than the famous Fu Hang shop that tourists usually go to.
