Une véritable pépite pour goûter à l'authentique cuisine taïwanaise ! J'ai emmené mes amis français et britanniques au 黑點雞肉食堂 (Restaurant du Poulet Point Noir), et nous avons tous été impressionnés. Le plat vedette est leur assortiment de viandes noires et blanches - un vrai délice taïwanais. Le poulet était incroyablement tendre et juteux, avec un équilibre parfait de saveurs. Le poitrine de porc fondait dans nos bouches, et les sélections d'abats étaient étonnamment délicieuses, même pour ceux habituellement réticents aux abats. La sauce légère à base de soja complétait parfaitement chaque bouchée. Mes amis ont été particulièrement impressionnés par la simplicité et la profondeur des saveurs, notant à quel point c'était différent de la cuisine chinoise qu'ils avaient goûtée en Europe. Delicious chicken and rice. I stopped here while doing laundry nearby. The soy sauce served with the chicken is just incredible, and the vegetables are crispy and light. The chicken itself is tender and flavourful, though I wanted a little bit more. Maybe I should have gotten the soup as well. The rice is full of chicken flavour and is delicious as well. Oh, and I was impressed by the soft egg yolk, it was very creamy and delicious.

No english menu and not much english speaking, but I just showed a picture of what I wanted and...

I ordered the 雞肉, 青菜，魯蛋，and the 雞油飯. The chicken itself is not too salty, so the delicate flavor of the chicken comes through. The soy sauce provided has nice flavor and is a great compliment to all the items I ordered. The braised egg is special, it is braised on the outside, yet the yolk is still quite runny. Overall, this place offers simple, classic Taiwanese flavors...
