McDonald's Taipei Jinan — Restaurant in Taipei

Truly disgusting. Where do I start? Went there last night and it was vile. Someone had spilt coke out the front. Someone had put wet floor signs out to say slippery but hadn’t bothered to mop it up. It probably took more effort to put the cones out than it would have to mop it. There were flies everywhere inside the restaurant.

An elderly guy came in. Stood at the counter for over 5 minutes. Not one of the MANY staff attended to him. He walked out.

But the worst was the bathroom. Grime and hair all over the floor. Looked like it had NEVER been cleaned. Certainly will not be returning. I’m not expecting a 5* dining experience but I do expect it to be sanitary.

Needs new staff and management, used to be fine but with each visit it gets worse and worse quality of staff quality of food, broken equipment all the time.

I avoided for months after a bad experience decided to go back and got gritty cold burger and cold chips with too much salt, served by a 12 year old; ice cream machine broken, coffee machine broken, long...

McDonald’s is always your great choice. One of the best togo places since my childhood. A little bit luxury as a child two three decades ago but now it is much affordable. My personal favourite is always Spicy McChicken, the very iconic spicy chicken sandwich in Taiwanese McDonald’s (and has been copied all over the Taiwanese breakfast shops as well). If you’re new to here in Taiwan, also don’t forget to try out deep fried chicken as well since it’s not an option in the west. The place is really nice, you can either eat inside or takeaway, of the McDonald's is a world wide brand so the menu are well known, the services are good, the order needs few minutes to be ready, it's 24 hours. the beef inside is imported from Australia and New Zealand so some people who follow specific religion, they might eat it but on the other hand for Chickens are local brand. Finally, I think the price is ok compared with the same category...
