2020/12/03 16:30（三） 星期三晚上去 成功避開了人群 整個美食街約莫只有三四十個 是個很舒適的人數 還有很多空位置 麵家三士位在一進大門的右手邊 一進美食街會有保全量體溫 並貼心叮嚀最好戴上口罩 我們坐在麵家三士前面的位置 剛好是正對大門的位置 風吹來格外寒冷 我今天點了黃金三士拉麵 190元 沒等很久餐點就好了 不得不說他的湯不是很重鹹 是在大冬天喝了會開心的 全身暖呼呼 麵的部分Q偏硬是很不錯的軟硬度 個人認為是全部cp值最高的一種品項 店員態度不錯 餐點不錯 是個可以再回頭繼續食用的攤位 但美中不足是吃完後有點渴 可能有放味精 但外面食物幾乎都有放 不影響我的評論 也可以在旁邊買到飲料 （翰林茶館）一邊喝飲料一邊逛街 豈不美哉！

店家主打鹿兒島拉麵，屬於九州地區口味的豚骨拉麵，價位在180到250之間，價位中上，點了一碗鹿兒島拉麵肉片升級成二片210元，一片肉的180元，湯頭濃郁油花多麵條較適合台灣沒那麼硬，配菜有木耳蔥花蒜片豆芽菜筍乾和半顆溏心蛋，肉片吃起來像爌肉，有別於一般的拉麵叉燒肉，算是特點之一，位在華泰名品城裡的美食街裡，逛累了或吃飯時間可以來這，空間很大，有很多椅子，也有兒童座椅但要自己搬，裡面也有洗手的地方，點餐方式就像各大百貨公司或大賣場的美食街一樣，點完餐給你一個出餐完成通知器，你就可以自己去找位子坐，它是利用無線遙控的方式，當餐點做好時發送訊號，你身邊的出餐完成通知器就會震動並發光，你就知道餐點做好了並自己去店家取餐

The ramen here was disappointing. I ordered two different types of ramen, but they looked identical and tasted the same—very strange. The noodles had a chewy, gum-like texture, and the soup was oily with an off-putting flavor.
