The food here is great, but I’m writing this review for the purposes of commending the terrific service this evening.

We were served by Sarah, and I could tell she genuinely cared about our dining experience from start to finish. Sarah was extremely attentive and checked on us multiple times throughout the meal. We ordered a spicy pasta. She noticed my toddler reaching for it and came over to kindly remind us that it was spicy. We requested for the juice to be served after our meal. Towards the end of our meal, Sarah took the initiative to come over and to tell us we still had a juice and to let her know when we’re ready for it.

The shift leader Winnie also came over to our table and said she overheard our kids asking us for balloons. She told us they didn’t have any extra balloons, but offered them stickers. We were not only taken by surprise, but extremely touched by this gesture. As we were paying for our meal, Winnie also offered our kids extra coloring sheets to bring home.

The staff at this establishment really went ABOVE and BEYOND this evening (November 26, 2023) to make our dining experience especially special...

Recently dined at Second Floor Cafe located within Gloria Outlet Taoyuan, overall; satisfied.

The pasta was cooked perfectly al dente, which I really appreciated. The bread platter and other dishes were also enjoyable.

Our server, Peugeot, was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

Despite the name "Second Floor Cafe," the restaurant is actually located on the third floor inside...

這是個人目前最好的二樓用餐體驗(雖然目前總共也只吃過兩次) 首先餐點好吃(之前去吃另一家剛好點的餐有我不喜歡吃的食物，點餐頁面上也沒有可以勾選不加，所以就剛好不合我胃口也沒到很飽(上次是自己點一客，這次是跟家人分食)) 菜單選項很多，規則滿複雜的 哈哈(原來每家貳樓提供的餐點是不一樣的嗎?)，點餐時需要腦袋清楚，不過其他體驗很好，所以瑕不掩瑜 由家人負責點餐，聽說操作介面滿清楚，很多客製需求可以在上面勾選(如:飲料先上後上、沙拉醬料要拌進去還是分開裝、調整辣度等，辛苦備餐人員了！)，送出餐點後會有一個人來念一遍確認。覺得這樣滿不錯，外場人員壓力也沒那麼大，省去人工一一詢問紀錄的環節 複雜的規則中，其中一個小疑惑，桌上立牌寫壽星享內用優惠，再贈生日蛋糕。隨機詢問服務生，得知內用優惠=生日蛋糕，那這樣建議告示應該修正一下用字，比較不會引起誤會XD這次是來逛街，順便吃晚餐，剛好家人生日，所以沒有多計較，如果是衝著這個來用餐，可能體驗就沒那麼好了 用餐前期，可能因為太忙，所以一開始遇到的服務生比較無暇耐心回答，但還是有取得想知道的資訊 服務生有提到，一項「唐揚雞細扁麵」(不記得全名)調味比較重，如果太鹹或太辣可以跟他們反應，不過滿疑惑如果真的覺得味道太重，他們可以怎麼樣?😆確實是有點太鹹及辣了，後來是配著生菜沙拉的菜吃完 上菜後，服務生提供的服務恰到好處！提供服務的時間恰到好處，盤子收走前有確認是否還需要用。我們有點加價購可以續盤歐式麵包，服務生主動前來詢問是否要續盤，滿貼心的！個人尤其對一位名為 Sarah 的小姐印象深刻(不確定名字有沒有拼對)前面敘述令人滿意的服務大部分是他提供的，請他幫忙拍合照也會確認照片是否滿意、是否需要重拍，讓人感受到她不是只是有做就好，而是真的想提供好的服務。 另外還有一個做的不錯的服務是，我們有被詢問到，本餐廳為寵物友善餐廳，確認是否同意帶寵物的顧客安排在鄰座。不僅照顧到寵物友善需求，也照顧到其他顧客，盡量確保最多人的權益，很周到！ 食物的份量剛好，因為沒有很餓，點餐時有留意避免點太多，低消是每人點菜單上任一品項(加價購除外)，包含開胃菜、甜點、飲料也算數(雖然他們的價錢和主餐價錢差不多)，有加價購可以無限續麵包，也有壽星蛋糕(雖然不大，但提供招牌口味很有誠意！)，可以在符合低消的原則下，又不會飽到吐，感覺滿好的！ 加價購可以無限續的飲料大多數是碳酸飲料或比較甜的（如：奶茶），但熱紅茶（有加檸檬）和檸檬果萊姆茶是泡茶包的，滿不錯，有味道負擔也不會太大，可以考慮 最後一個小提醒，如果大水瓶可以再加強清潔一些會更好！ 整體來說，餐點、服務、環境等品質等維持甚至提升的話，會推薦給親友！
