Terrible service from both staff and kitchen. Never coming back here.

Pros: spacious eggplant dish was yummy

Cons: after we sat down and ordered, the kitchen sent the staff back saying that anything steamed is not available. Disappointing. the staff basically doesn’t care, said anything fried rice related is not available over the weekend. So basically what is left on your menu if no steamed items or fried rice items are left? the chicken basil was super hard and dried out. Basically over cooked. fried fish cake was super hard and crunchy...

Been there yesterday and that was a memorable experience. :))) Food: Quite expensive and not what I expected. Service: The staff is not friendly. Acting like I am owning their money lol. I need to come to counter to ask for the food. :))) And I need to pay 10% for the “bad service fee”??? Such a joke. Atmosphere: Crowed, noisy in a closed space. My chair was hit by waiters and customers many many times. The restaurant was quite dark. Well, thank goodness that I will never be there again. Personally, many restaurants in Taiwan better...
