2020.01.17 = ★★★★★ ◉推薦：花生湯泡餅。 ◉花生仔細去了芽眼，花生湯細緻不過分甜膩。 ◉泡餅泡軟後在嘴底有一層一層粉感，麥芽餡把花生徹底提升。 ◉只可惜單價貴了點，不然是真的很有水準。😍 ＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝＝ 【阿猜嬤甜湯】是不少老萬華人兒時的回憶，位在華西街尾端，靠近貴陽路的部位。很早就位在我的地圖上，但15點才開店，無法在午餐後及時來碗甜品。不過今個兒14:40就來這邊等，老闆造型很有格調，14:50就開始有老客人入座。看部落客有看到花生湯+油條，不過沒有在菜單內看到，試試泡餅先吧。 ☑花生湯泡餅(75元) = 單價有點高，碗不大，先放了一個太和餅店的碰餅，然後老闆仔細的把大鍋裡面的花生仁挑進碗裡。花生都挑去芽眼，入口即化，沒有很甜，甜的恰如其分。花生湯很綿細，不過若只是如此，到也還好而已。然後撈起了裡面的碰餅，泡的軟軟的碰餅一入口，唉唷唷唷唷，一層一層的麵糊慢慢融化，有粉感，裡面的麥芽糖餡超甜膩，反到把花生湯的甜度一口氣拉了上來。兩種甜度，相得益彰，6分。吃完直叫人馬上想再來一碗。😍

好幾年前就開始,每次吃完的早午餐.就來這

【營業時間】以前爸爸營業:都是下午3-4點左右才開始.附近吃完午餐就會容易撲空.今天試試:果然提早+有口福

【冰糖木耳蓮子湯$50】 無奈胃只有一個.只好點涼的+單點小湯圓混在涼湯裡面.以前做過廚師的老爺子.看到木耳煮到膠質都出來.很驚訝.而且是滿滿的一碗.其實個人有時也會在家自煮.一般店家都是一朵朵+清湯狀.這邊真的是濃稠的白木耳.對於中年人補充真的是太棒了.蓮子有煮透/軟嫩好吃+一顆大紅棗+吃得出來是手工的白色小湯圓.吃完不口渴.真的滿足

【花生湯$55】 老爺子說:很綿/很香...豎起大拇指.不像之前在艋舺夜市旁的水果冰室店吃的有油耗味.

有古早味的店家+現在站台是年輕人+阿嬤也會在旁+應該是爸爸(原站檯)會協助收錢+清潔.和諧的畫面....
