交易吧 Just Exchange Bar — Restaurant in Xinyi District

This bar is hard to find but trust me its worth it. Google maps places it in the corner but its not exactly on the corner. Its the neon door a bit before the corner.

Me and my girlfriend simply loved this place. Cocktails are divine. I picked a Gin cocktail and the bartender named Ann brought the gin that he himself infused in Oolong tea leaves in an extra glass for me to taste it. To accompany the gin he also brought the oolong leaves in a candied fashion. Everything about the explanation of the cocktail, the taste, the presentation was unbelievable. He could speak english and strike conversation with us. He even brought us macarons that he made himself with a secret ingredient: Szechuan peppercorn! Although not a sweets fun I loved it!

One of the best cocktail bars I've been to. Went with a friend and collaborator to catch up after a conference. Dark, quiet ambience great for conversation with friends and friendly bartenders. Peter made me an amazing drink with oolong tea syrup, osmanthus fragrans, whisky, and I think several other ingredients. Absolutely one of the best cocktails I've ever had. Flower made my friend something involving tea, cranberry, tequila, campari, etc. that he was similarly thrilled with. Very professional bartender who is experienced and will make you a delicious cocktail. No set menu just tell them what you like and prepare to be amazed. Great selection of high quality spirits and their own custom mixers. A little uncomfortable not knowing how much the drinks cost but I think it was $400NT each which we thought was reasonable for the quality and taste.
