Disappointed with their management, the staff’s attitude and service. Can visible see and feel the lack of training and experience. Especially as a first time pregnant woman who requested to not have alcohol and msg added to the dishes, we discovered there was heavy cooking wine added to the vegetable. The staff proceeded to argue with us and threw his name tag at the table, purposely taunting to see what we can do about it. We brought this matter up with the restaurant manager but it was poorly responded. We brought it up with the hotel but never got a response from the hotel’s restaurant supervisor.
We had frequented this restaurant often before the pandemic but realized the structure and management has gone completely downhill. For a hotel at this large of a capacity we are extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and response. I can only hope the hotel can take action and provide better...

Good overall is quite good, definitely 4 stars. A few dishes are outstanding and others are average or slightly above average.
Must get: 浙江醋排骨(pork ribs), XO sauce turnip cake, 海鮮豆腐煲 (seafood tofu), and 鹹水角 in the shape of a 葫蘆 or some might say it looks like a fried snowman.
Don't get: 避風塘干貝 (spicy scallops)

實在不喜歡飯店團圓飯,有一大堆我不愛吃的,也不喜歡外帶年菜,份量大又不好吃
這幾年我喜歡在小年夜或小年夜前一天吃個飯,順便外帶餐點,可以在除夕夜有一頓豐盛的晚餐。
蝦餃是必點的,與頤宮不同的是,寒舍食譜的蝦餃可以很明顯得看到蝦,而且咬起來可以感受到一截又一截蝦的Q彈口感
燒賣,也是必點的,一口咬下,香菇的味道瞬間撲鼻而來,我喜歡香菇味
春捲,嗯,好鹹...
百花油條腸粉,嗯,鹹
若不計入過鹹的口味,其實寒舍的調味是不錯的
但,也看到有些可惜的地方
服務部分
茶,放得很遠,想來是服務人員會幫忙倒茶吧?
可惜往往喝完了,要一會兒才會有人倒茶
點餐時,有些特殊想請大廚調製的菜色,服務人員在第一時間似乎被我的要求搞得不知所措。其實,我很簡單,可以就可以,不行就不行。我不想勉強,也不想當奧客。但臨場反應需要加強。
結帳後,哈哈,這也的確是與三星的差距吧?結帳後,就由我自生自滅了,我就自顧自的走出去了。
頤宮,結帳離開時,是有服務人員親送離開,離開前還詢問是否要幫忙拍照做紀念。離開時,在電梯門關上前,服務人員還一鞠躬。
這裡,嗯,嗯,就放生了。我不能說餐廳服務不好,大部分的時候這家餐廳的人員服務都很好,都表現出應有的專業。
只是當我經歷過更好的服務時,不免希望 "曾是"我心目中第一名的粵菜餐廳能再自我提升。
