Gao&Zou's Bakehouse-ytStore_Bakery — Restaurant in Zhongshan District

I've been going to this bakery for almost 12 years. I always buy red bean bread and nut bread, then buy a drink at the 7/11 next door and take a break on the second floor. 先前有到過民權的總店購買麵包，留下很好的印象，剛好來伊通街附近用餐時發現這邊還有其他分店，就順道逛了一下～

伊通街的 法蘭司 門市格局很舒服，動線很好，適合悠閒挑麵包，在冷藏區的麵包上方就是飲料，可以直接看到喜歡的飲品就帶，不用分兩個冰箱挑，雖然飲品上比較少選擇，但是主要是購買方便。不過愛喝咖啡的人有福了，實際逛就會發現這邊的品項內容跟 民權總店 不太一樣之外，在伊通街的門市竟然有販售咖啡，主要是「美式」跟「拿鐵」兩種，價格上就跟一般市售差不多，但是標榜使用「雲林芒果咖啡豆 ＋ 鮮乳坊鮮奶」味道應該會跟市售咖啡不太相同，有興趣的人可以來試試喔。

另外，在店裡有提供熱門的「半熟乳酪塔」試吃，切的很大塊而且又是冰過的，味道挺不錯的，帶有冰涼的口感又不會過硬。我個人之前買的時候是吃常溫，這兩種表現都還不錯～

在現場還有一些新鮮的沙拉麵包，我個人是挺喜歡這個系列，尤其是冰涼的沙拉口感，與麵包體很搭。而店裡也有賣厲害的「維也納牛奶麵包」，不用排隊也不用預約就可以買到。這款是網路非常知名的麵包，我都用「可三吃」的美味麵包來形容～ 主要是可常溫、可酥烤、可冷藏後直接吃，三種不同的口感以及味道，真的很特別。重點是夾在麵包體中的餡料，酥脆的顆粒感，像是微沙粒感的綿密奶酥，又有著濃濃奶香，甜度適中平衡度也好，吃了一整條也不會膩，常常讓人欲罷不能！
