4F劇場咖啡（假日暫不提供訂位） — Restaurant in Zhongzheng District

(3.5/5 stars) After touring Zhongshan Hall, I decided that I should have a caffeine booster, so I plunged into this atmospheric cafe on the 4th floor of Zhongshan Hall.

While their americano is strong and delicately sourced, the thin-crusted jalepano and cheese pizza has no taste and not crustily crispy. It was presumably their adjunct dish so maybe I just had ordered a wrong dish. I didn't order cakes or any desserts, though.

The best thing about this cafe is the open-air patio, which is heavenly on a sunny, balmy late morning. I just forgot how so-so my pizza was! You can plug in your phones here free of charge. The waitress, like general Taipei locals, speaks only basic English but has a wholehearted, cordially...

Found this comfortable and relaxing cafe situated at the 4F of Taipei Zhongshan Hall, a Cultural center within a historical building. Beautiful interior design with a great view.

They do not offer a extensive menu selection but they can brew up some good quality coffee, they also have hand brew coffee if you are looking or something fancy. You can also get a slice of cake to go with your Caffeine injection.

Walked to this place by chance. Was looking for a place to rest and have a drink and wow; surprisingly nice place. Located on the 4th floor of Taipei Zhongshan Hall.
