I wouldn’t recommend this Watsons store at this location for tourists. The salespeople here are extremely aggressive. I was unaware that each brand has its own specialized salesperson, and it heavily depends on who you talk to. They tend to push their own products aggressively. When I asked about Mr. Wu’s products, the salesperson, who was actually representing Bio-Essence, tried to mislead me into buying Bio-Essence instead. Even after I mentioned that I would come back later, she insisted that I get the Bio-Essence products and offered extra samples to entice me. She then practically dragged me to the cashier to pay, making me feel pressured and forced into the purchase. I later discovered that this store’s specialized salespeople have a history of doing this to other customers as well. Avoid this place if you want a stress-free...

There’s a sales lady which strongly recommended this particular brand. She doesn’t know what she is talking about. She doesn’t ask what’s my skin type before recommending the products. She recommended products that have retinol. Of course it is good. But is not suitable for all people especially pregnant woman.

She just pushed the product to you. She’s around 31. I mean why would I listen to someone who is only 31?

Not sure if she is commissioned for doing so. But she is very pushy.

She also mentioned that we should wash our face after every sheet masks used. And we have been using it the wrong way. This lady doesn’t know what she is talking...

young lady staff with full of tattoo on chest, is very rude, shouted at us with no patience when we don't understand the promotion, after that even check out the wrong price for us and overcharge us, went back to tell her, she was not happy and find us annoying. as seen in other reviews about this tattoo young lady staff, advise people to go other wastons outlet in ximen, the staff there much nicer than this store, shop at your own risk...
