Raw egg white and undercooked squid on not sizzling plate! This is a big no no for food safety! Beware when you are served this hazardous dish!
I love their decor and their very courtesy servers. Mr. Chang, the group leader, apologized for the overlooked dish immediately, but they really need to upgrade their cooking protocol! This is hazardous to the customers!

This restaurant is located in the center of hotel, with open top ceiling, a really great place to sit, chat and done.
Seats are very comfortable. Choices of seats are bar style stools, cozy sofa and booth sofas. I love the relaxing dinning environment.
Basic salad bar served with fresh vegetables, fruits, couple Japanese sushi. I was surprised to find abalone salad. They serve more cold platters than hot dishes.
Main courses came on the hot sizzling plates, salmon was surprisingly in thick and big portion.

Read more2nd review (2020/1): Huge stepback from the 1st time. The service is worse (employees not knowing their own steaks or hours and taking forever to get seated). The buffet bar is worse (no shrimp this time, the hot food no refills, even the salad has regressed). Even the steak is worse (I know blade steak has a thick tendon but this steak has so many thick tendons and the knife is very poor... couldn't cut through the tendon at all).
