KiN At Samsen — Restaurant in Ban Phan Thom Subdistrict

After reading the reviews our hopes were high. Unfortunately not met. Ordered mama noodles with vegetables, but the vegetables were few and far between and some of the cabbage was black. We had chatted to the owner the night before but having returned I will never return again. I pretty much never leave negative reviews, as I know it can affect business, but I feel we were not served good food here. The food was really not matching descriptions on the menu and the atmosphere was ruined by loud internet use by staff on the next table. My vegetable noodle had a few sliced up corn and a mass of uncooked stale cabbage leaves. This is not the usual lovely Thai street food. Maybe nobody cares at lunchtime, but we were very sad to be treated in this way. We have visited the place for the first time with 4 people on February 2nd. The food was amazing, the atmosphere was great and the owner was ubelievably friendly. Next day we came back with 12 people. I did not count on getting a table. It took just 6 minutes to the owner to set upt the tables in the middle of the street and seat us comfortably. Went here for dinner. Got a vegetarian Pad Kra Pao, a Pad See-ew and a banana sticky rice because they were out of mango but equally delicious. Food was absolutely on point for such a good price! Good vibes, they were playing some reggae music, they also let me smoke a joint at the table. Service is also amazing! They were accommodating to me being vegan.
