Swensen's Central Bangrak — Restaurant in Bang Rak Subdistrict

I don't expect top quality service in rush hours. But truly the worst service ever in my last 8 years in Thailand.

1- Tables are so closed to each other if u r a big guy, not easy to pass by. 2- water not served on time I needed to go and take myself for my son 3- no crayons for my son. If u r a parent of two year baby, you will understand what I mean. It is really difficult to look after him. 4- while serving water (almost finished the ice cream), they don't wanted to give water by looking a glass of water on the table. We were three people, they tested my Thai language. 5- the list is going like that.

Ordered 4 mini-pints, 239thb EACH (!!!). The cups were about 1/2 filled, 1 also seemed tampered with and had no seal. When we sent pictures, they refunded 30thb. Premium price, unacceptable inedible product, insulting customer service. While this one is the store in question, i will never order again from any Swensen's. Always drop by Swensen for ice cream everytime when I pass by here as the ice cream is cheaper than my home country.

The menu is also not disappointing as everytime I would able to have different kind of special ice cream with seasonal fruits be it Mango or mangosteen.

The only downside is the service of the staff which totally change your view about Thai people who...
