I had this an hr ago and been basically stuck here since…..I should have noted the other reviewers mentioning the flies and hygiene issues……I too went there cus of the “Netflix”…almost walked right past the place it’s so unassuming and down an side alley with not much else around…I even went back to google maps to verify i was at the right place at not some fake copy, that’s how bad it looks and the bad bar it’s in front of…..owner and staff were rude….the food didn’t look appealing or sanitary at all but I figured what the hell, it must be something I’m missing and I already came this far….boy was I wrong, it taste exactly how it looks, meat that’s been out all day at room temp then grilled on a stick, literally nothing special about it or that makes it different from any other meat on a stick places, same sauce, same grill, same everything, just obviously less clean. If you doubt me, go look at here, then walk right up the street and look at any of the other places and compare them. I still tried all the meats and none were above 2/10……long story short….IM SICK RIGHT NOW!!!!!….and will prob lose some days off my trip because of it…….ps I have tough as nails stomach, I’m from a country with bad food hygiene and I eat all sorts of junk other folks wouldnt, I also eat my food extra extra extra spicy. So it’s not that, it that it’s simply not clean and was prob from the flies or the meat just being out so long. Nothing was even remotely fresh……DONT DO ITTTTTTTTTT!!!!! YOU HAVE...

AVOID! Do not order anything from the bar here! Spirits = water.

The bar here served us shots and spirits that were mostly just water. They ran out of rum and refused to open the rum on the shelf - clearly because it was actually real rum. They played dumb when we said it was just water and tried to get our money back or get a real drink made. Pretended like they couldn't understand us all of a sudden. We are indeed tourists, and having been to BKK and Khao San road before over the years we know that watered down drinks can be a thing, but these guys really took the actual piss. They also charged us wayyyyyyyyy too much for the drinks but by this point we didn't want to ruin the night and cause a scene thereby ruining other people's nights so we left....

The fourth time I came here, I ordered 10 pieces of pork, 10 baht each, but after the dish was served, they said is 20 for each. I confirmed with waiter to make sure it is pork, and they told me yes. I thought the price had increased, so I paid 230. After eating two , I felt something was wrong, so I looked at the price list. Pork was 10 baht each. I asked the waiter. The waiter said that what I ordered was beef, but I said no. After changing it, I got 14 pieces of pork, but I only I ordered 10 pieces, and the waiter said that because I paid 230, I was given 230 baht of food, but the 230 is a wrong price at first.
