ALL BLACK COFFEE — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

This review captures today visit to this unique establishment. Specializing exclusively in black coffee, particularly Americano, the coffee shop offers an impressive array of coffee beans to choose from. Today, my taste buds had the pleasure of exploring the flavors of Brazilian coffee beans.

Upon my first sip, I was greeted by a harmonious balance of flavors, with no overpowering strength, bitterness, or excessive sourness. What stood out was the subtle undertone of chocolate, adding an exquisite layer to the coffee's profile. The aftertaste left a lasting impression, leaving me eager for another sip. While everybody has different tastes in coffee, this is a personal Chiang Mai favourite coffee shop of mine solely because it's black coffee only.

Nice variety of international beans to choose from whether you like it hot or cold. You can also take away (different sizes) either ground coffee beans or whole beans of your favorite brew, all at reasonable prices.

Take away or sit in, be it inside or outside with plenty of space either under the shaded decking area or out under the trees where there is a smoking area.

I love the simplicity of the concept here. As the name suggests, it's black coffee only. You can have a long black, americano, or straight espresso.

Despite the simple menu, they offer a wide variety of beans from all the major coffee producing regions. Prices range from 50 - 90 baht, which I felt was fair value. I particularly liked the Thepsadej variety, the green apple flavor really comes through and it's a pleasant cup.
