Big Big Shabu — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

Mookratha is a popular food in Thailand. People have it for different occasions. But it is always the first choice for parties.

There are many buffet style mookratha restaurants in this area, and Big Big shabu is one of them.

Comparing to other restaurants nearby, the choice of food is a little limited here. Seafood dishes, like shrimps are missing. Also, the vegetables choices are fewer.

However, if you are not so fancy about seafood or shrimps, and focus on chicken and pork, this place is a good choice due to the price. The price here included drinks is 158 THB, comparing to most of other restaurants around (price range between 200 - 250 THB), this is a great value.

They also have ice cream and it tastes good as well.

Also, like most of the restaurants here, it opens very late, until 4 am. You can come in the really late evening.

Don't come here if you're looking for top notch hygiene but if you're the demographic looking to eat like the locals for an excellent value then this is great. You get everything you need for a good mookrata without the unnecessary extras for 139 + 39 THB. That's lower than anything else nearby. 5 stars...

3월7일 저녁5시30분경도착 Big Big Shabu가 여러곳에 있는데요 저희는 숙소에서 약2km떨어진 곳으로 걸어서 다녀왔습니다.마야몰 수끼티노이 외에는 처음가보는 현지 샤부 집이라 좀 걱정했지만 결론적으로는 잘 먹고 왔습니다. 다음주에 또 갈까 합니다. 오늘은 더워서 커다란 선풍기바람이 오는곳에 앉았더니 샤부 국물이 끓지를 않더라구요 그래서 끓여 먹는데 시간이 좀 걸렸습니다. 고기도 연했고 소스가 맛있더라구요 이집이! 수끼티노이 소스는 저리가라 더라구요 약간 한국의 초장맛도 느껴지는 소스가있고 또 액젓맛의 소스도 괜챦았고 초록색은 안먹어봤구요.또 수박도 있는데 달더라구요 태국에서 먹은 수박중에 제일 달았어요.아이스크림도 맛있습니다.하얀 아이스크림이 바닐라 맛인가 했는데 약간의 코코넛향도 느껴지고 맛있어서 두번 먹었어요. 가격도 정말 저렴하고 만족스러웠습니다. 관광객 보다는 현지인 대상의 식당이라 위생을 까다롭게 보시는 분이라면 비추천합니다. 그런분들은 비싼 샤부집에 가십시오.수박 사진은 못찍었네요. 가격은 샤부는99밧에 음료39밧 추가하셔야 됩니다.1인138밧 무카타는 119밧에...
