I am extremely disappointed and upset with my recent experience at Bodhi Terrace. On a quiet Thursday evening around 8 PM, it took about 5-10 minutes for us to even get seated, despite the restaurant not being particularly busy. Worse yet, the table next to us, which arrived after us, was served first. It took an unacceptable 15 minutes for someone to finally come to our table and gave us menus.
While I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, it’s hard to ignore the glaring difference in how we, as Asian diners, were treated compared to the white guests seated next to us. This discrepancy left us wondering whether racism was at play, which is especially disheartening considering this restaurant is situated in Asia.

My party of 16 people originally wanted to sit by the river but the mosquitos were feasting on me, so I pulled my bride card and we moved inside. And the staff - bless their hearts - orchestrated a miracle and got us seated inside! I don't think the mosquitos were bad but I'm a magnet. My entire party transitioned inside without a hitch thanks to the staff. I really wish I could remember the person designated to help our party - they were exemplary! In a similar vein, so was the food. The drinks and dessert were also excellent. If you're in the city, I would 100% recommend dining here -...
