Adore this coffee shop. Staff are so sweet and friendly and the vibe is super chill and relaxed. I found many coffee shops in Chiang Mai to be a bit too "hip" for my taste (which probably speaks more to my age), but Brew Fact was perfect for me and my young son to spend an hour or so almost every day of our visit in Chiang Mai. They have a nice little outdoor space and a sweet cat named John that hangs around.

Aside from the atmosphere, the coffee is tasty and they have a variety of sweet and savoury baked goods. The staff also had no problems making a custom drink order for me that wasn't on the menu and they didn't charge me extra for it (although it wasn't that complicated and it was put together from items that were already on the menu).

I absolutely recommend this place as a spot for coffee on-the-go, or somewhere to sit, relax, and take a break...

Brewfact is designed to provide a beautiful, cozy and pleasant space, where the essential nature and quality of coffee & bakery are all matched, where I can personally enjoy my quiet world with the aroma of coffee and the sound of birds chirping outside the windows, where I can simply feel the atmosphere of baristas making coffee while the team remains human touch with customers to find the coffee and cakes of their preferences.

When I see a site, one visit is enough to tell me whether it’s a yes or a no. It’s not something intellectual. It’s a feeling and a sense of warm, privacy, stillness and peace to remember and return.
