Overpriced and Shocking service. Cost me and 2 overs over 2000THB in just drinks and when trying to order the ‘famous wagyu steak’ costed 650 per 100g which is reasonable due to quality but when coming to order the minimum was 255g which the person ordering did not want - does not state this anywhere on the menu. Then after deciding against the steak the person who originally wanted it tried ordering a starter and another main both were out. Usually a restaurant would say prior to ordering if something was out. This also followed with drinks after with the owner simply stating when we complained “he couldn’t help it” which is again understandable but also again state it is out or at least apologise for not having it. This also caused food and drinks to be even more delayed as we would only be told it was out after waiting 15-20mins which would be understandable if it wasn’t just us and one other in the place as other orders to prepare but to not know if you have something after 20 mins on your only order is astounding. After we made our complaint, the person who we complained to kept staring at our table which was pointed out by all of our party afterwards. This was after waiting an hour and twenty minutes just to order and after ordering even just a drink the waitresses and waiters would forget things and then take another 5-10mins to actually get the thing. The pizzas we ended up having were actually rather mediocre- pretty much pizza express level - and were not worth the price. Rather disappointing due to its great reviews online and advertisements on planes and in airport etc. - was expecting to be a highlight of the trip not a low.

I would also like to agree with previous music was way to loud and menus were really hard to read. Which is why atmosphere only gets a 4 - very good music, lighting and mood.

After a nice meal we walked by this place and thought let's finish off the evening with a nice glass of whisky. The selection was very good and we enjoyed our drinks in the well appointed bar. The problems came when we asked for the bill. Our friends whisky cost more than the price listed on the menu and we were not given any change. I do normally tip at places like this but the staff decided to make the decision for us and did not bring our change which was about 50% of our total bill. After waiting for our change for a bit we started to get strange looks from the bartender. He obviously realized we were waiting for change and wasn't impressed and he decided to ignore us. Once we realized what was happening we requested our change and left. To the staff here, tips are at the discretion of the customer. Do not assume to decide for the customer! This ruined an otherwise enjoyable experience and we won't be going back. Although based on the sneer when we asked for the change I don't think...
