I just finished a most delicious five star lunch served to me by charming NIT NOK! I had the steamed whole fish with lemon chili sauce with a drop or five of the special soy sauce that added just the right amount of savory spike to the gorgeously presented food. Sorry, no photo because I dived in ravenously leaving only a fish head and a bit of rice! Ordered the tom yam sweet and sour soup with vegetables and it was so tasty i could have it for breakfast again:) enough even to share. After few hours of studiying decided to have the papayasalad too. It was the best i have ever tasted. Asked without sugar so dressing with lemon,tamarind and soy enlightened my taste buts with umami.
